Oh dear! Testnet Deployment Issues - Troubleshooting & Late Submission Acceptance
Hello builders!
We've received reports from participants who are running into difficulties completing and deploying their projects due to ICE/Snow testnet being down and ICONbridge being unstable so close to the deadline. The respective teams are working on solutions, here are some possible ones:
Deploying to a new testnet
- Main Arctic RPC URL is down, please use https://arctic-archive.icenetwork.io:9934/ instead until it is resolved.
- As a last resort, you may use Polygon testnet instead as a workaround.
Late Submission Acceptance
The hackathon deadline is March 16th 5:00pm ICT as scheduled.
But due to the troubleshooting issues some developers faced in deploying their projects. We will also allow for an additional week of accepting late submissions to offset some of the time you lost in trying to troubleshoot those issues which were outside of your control.
Late submissions will be accepted from March 16th deadline until March 23rd.
This will allow all affected projects to have time to be judged fairly during the judging period which lasts until March 26th.
Late Submission Explanation - Challenge Section
However you must explain your late submission reason (i.e deployment issues, instability etc) as a "Challenge" in the Project Details of your hackathon submission's project description.
You will not be penalized if you explain the reason for your late submission.

All good feedback is able to win their own prizes. So even if you don't win a project prize you can still win a Survey prize by answering a few questions.
